All items at JewelOcean.com are shipped promptly after the payment receipt and process. The items are shipped via Fedex and the shipping charges are $0.00. This offer is only available to the customers within USA and Canada. Please do note that we would have to wait till the payment is received and confirmed by the bank, before we can mail your item to you. Once the payment has been confirmed by the bank, we would process your order and promptly mail it out to you.
We carry all of the items in ready stock with us. In case of the unlikely event, that the item that you have ordered is not in stock and if it cannot be shipped within a reasonable time, then we would contact you immidiately, and inform you of the situation. You can then either choose to cancel the order for a full refund, or you can choose an alternate item. Such events are rare and while we take all the precautions that such events to not arise, but they do happen sometimes.
