Our Return policy is Simple and Easy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product received, simply follow the following 2 steps:-
1) Send us an email to customerservice@jewelocean.com , informing us that you are sending us the product back. (Please include your order number in the email)
2) Please wait for our confirmation which you would receive within 12 hours.
3) In the confirmation email we would provide the simple and easy instructions to send the item back to us.
Please do not send the item back until you receive the confirmation email.
And that is it. Simple and Easy. We do however ask that the item you are sending back to us should not have been modified by you in any way, that is it should have no alterations in its stones and in the item overall. Please also ship the item back in its original box, along with any certificate(s) and/or free promotional items you may have received with it.

Our Refund policy is designed to compliment the Return Policy. We would initiate your full Refund back to you within 2 days of receiving the item back with us. We would refund your money back to you in the same manner that we had received it. Therefore for example, if you have paid us with a Visa Card, then we would refund the money back into your Visa card. If for example you have paid us with a check, then we would send a check back to you in the mail. We would keep you updated and informed during the entire process. Please be assured of a hassle free return with us.
