1) You can add the item to your shopping cart through the website and proceed to the checkout for quick and easy ordering.

2) You can call us at 1-800-742-1806 and place an order with us over the phone.

3) You can email us at customerservice@jewelocean.com and give us your name and contact information, along with the item you are interested in purchasing. We would then contact you over the phone to process your order.

There are 3 different ways to Make a Payment for an item that you want to purchase through JewelOcean:-

1) You can make a payment for the item(s) through JewelOcean.com's safe and secure checkout process online through the website. Please be assured that your personal details such as Name, Address and Credit Card information is encrypted with our SSL encryption security and is guaranteed safe. Moreover we do not store any of your personal information with us, and all your information is removed after it is transmitted for the card authorization. The only information stored with us is your name and address, which is required for shipping the item to you.

2) You can call us at 1-800-742-1806 and make a payment for the item you want over the phone. We would process your transaction over the phone, and after processing your credit card details are prompted destroyed. We do not save any of your personal information with us, except your name and address, which is required for shipping the item to you.

3) You can mail out a Personal or Company Check, or a Money Order to us for the item you would like to order. If you are doing so, please mail the payment out to JewelOcean.com, 7 Reldas Court, Cockesyville, MD, 21030. We would appreciate if you can email us at customerservice@jewelocean.com or call us at 1-800-742-1806 and inform us about the mailed payment. Please note that we would ship the item to the address indicated in the payment, as soon as the payment has been cleared by the bank.
